Atlas Flow Intelligence provides AI-powered voice agent solutions, appointment booking systems, and related automation services for businesses. The specifics of services provided will be outlined in a separate service agreement between Atlas Flow Intelligence and the client.
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.
Our services are offered on a one-time setup fee plus monthly retainer basis. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Our AI voice agents are designed to assist with inbound call handling and appointment booking. You acknowledge that AI systems may not be perfect and agree to monitor performance and report issues promptly. Atlas Flow Intelligence is not liable for missed leads or appointments resulting from technical issues outside our reasonable control.
By engaging our services, you consent to receive SMS communications related to your service, including appointment confirmations and follow-up messages. You may opt out at any time by contacting us or replying STOP to any SMS message.
All content, branding, and technology provided by Atlas Flow Intelligence remain the intellectual property of Atlas Flow Intelligence. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Atlas Flow Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
